Today’s sing along song: “Indescribable” by Chris Tomlin
From the highest of heights to the depths of the sea
Creation’s revealing Your majesty
From the colors of fall to the fragrance of spring
Every creature unique in the song that it sings
All exclaiming
Indescribable, uncontainable,
You placed the stars in the sky and You know them by name.
You are amazing God
All powerful, untamable,
Awestruck we fall to our knees as we humbly proclaim
You are amazing God

Who has told every lightning bolt where it should go
Or seen heavenly storehouses laden with snow
Who imagined the sun and gives source to its light
Yet conceals it to bring us the coolness of night
None can fathom

Indescribable, uncontainable,
You placed the stars in the sky and You know them by name
You are amazing God
All powerful, untamable,
Awestruck we fall to our knees as we humbly proclaim
You are amazing God
You are amazing God

Indescribable, uncontainable,
You placed the stars in the sky and You know them by name.
You are amazing God
All powerful, untamable,
Awestruck we fall to our knees as we humbly proclaim
You are amazing God
Indescribable, uncontainable,
You placed the stars in the sky and You know them by name.
You are amazing God
Incomparable, unchangeable
You see the depths of my heart and You love me the same
You are amazing God
You are amazing God

Please make the next song something along the lines of giving examples of the horrible things that people are suffering here on earth…
kids born with stumps for arms….
crackwhores having babies…
pedophiles abusing 2 year olds…
flesh eating bacteria…
you know, reality… very nice to sing praises about the things that you feel are good in the world… but, what about the bad? What about some explanations here? What about god giving us a little clue what is going on here – how is his plan made perfect by having a child born with stumps for arms? What good god can explain that?

Perhaps there’s no explanation for that. Sure, there are a lot of inequalities and sufferings in the world, but how sure are you that these people you see who suffers really suffers?
Have you heard of Kyle Maynard? A man born with stumps for, not just arms but legs as well? He lives a normal live because that’s how he chose to live it. He doesn’t blame God for whatever condition he’s in. But of course, Kyle Maynard may be just one of the millions of people who “suffers” according to your point of view.
But the truth is, there ARE a lot of people who enjoys life DESPITE of it.
In prayer comes wisdom. Prayer may not give you the answer you want to hear but God gives you the wisdom to deal with the things you’re praying for. You’re at a loss if you won’t have Christ in your life.
You said that God doesn’t exist. That he’s dead. That he couldn’t care less. The fact that you’re still here, arguing about his existence is a basis enough of how much God loves you. As I’ve said, the world has gone bonkers not because God is a masochist but because the world chose to live a life independent of Him.
Believe me, I don’t wish to debate about the issue of God being good and evil. For me, there really are some things that should be left for God to understand. What I know is that God is REAL in my life. And it is my prayer (do I see you snickering?
) that you will experience this life with God, too.
